The growing attractiveness of fireworks is hazardous to the environment. Fireworks are also responsible for the global warming, acid rain as well as green house effect, as the chemicals released in the atmosphere are deposited at the uppermost layer of the biosphere. When these chemicals are released in the atmosphere, they cause a threat to the natural vegetation as well as to the other living beings. In fact, these poisonous substances are a combination of sulphur and coal, heavy metals, and other harmful gases. Fireworks also cause all major types of pollution: air pollution, sound pollution and water pollution.
Fireworks are not only responsible for the air pollution, but they also pollute the water, destroying the quality of water and posing harms to the organisms living inside the water. These chemicals also get absorbed in the soil with rain water and harms natural vegetation. The sounds produced by fireworks are listed in the category of noise. They produce a sound of more than 140 decibels; this level of sound may affect the hearing capacity of the person. It is also harmful for natural vegetation, other living organisms, animals and birds.
